I am Chief Scientist at agilefactor, a leading innovator in Agile practices, .NET 3.5, as well as areas related to Design Patterns, Software Factories, Refactoring and Refactoring to Patterns, and other leading practices.

I recently accepted the role as well of Technical Editor of 'http://blog.domaindotnet.com a very unique way of providing great resources to our community.

We are based in New York City but have executed projects all over the U.S. and Europe. Previously I was a founder and equity partner at Monetaire, where I held the executive role of CTO. I received both U.S. and E.U. patents for the 'Monetaire Wealth Management Platform' which I held primary responsibility for. I led over 60 developers globally and was hands-on (as I am now) through all phases of our Agile development process.
